• Everything that is seen or posted is information taken from our lifestyles to provide new avenues for people to take with them to encourage and apply in there own lives. 

• Appalachia is a general term for the areas of the Appalachian Mountains, we are based in the Central/Southern parts which have its own unique taste in music, food, lifestyle and culture. And if us bringing it out to show the world is positive then our mission is complete.
